About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to help drive strategic growth at Clive Alliance.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. We’re looking for someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers, while identifying opportunities that can translate into meaningful business for the company.

The ideal candidate understands how to navigate business conversations professionally, open doors, and position solutions in a way that creates value for clients.

You should be comfortable building relationships, developing trust, and turning conversations into long-term business opportunities.

This role is best suited for someone who is commercially minded, proactive, resourceful, and naturally good at connecting with people.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients across different industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Generate relevant business opportunities for Clive Alliance through networking, referrals, outreach, and strategic engagement
  • Understand client pain points and position Clive Alliance’s solutions effectively
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and solution discussions confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business solutions
  • Move opportunities from initial conversation to partnership or closed deal
  • Contribute directly to company growth and revenue generation

Requirements

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to attend meetings and business engagements when required
