Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations who is vibrant, tech-savvy, and passionate about driving transformation. This critical role will spearhead the modernization of our operational processes, focusing on technology, collaboration tools, and human resources strategies to elevate Echezona to the next level of efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overhaul of operational processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and technological advancements
- Enforce modern collaboration tools such as cloud document management systems and communication platforms like Slack, Sharepoint.
- Develop and enforce policies that foster a forward-thinking and innovative work environment
- Oversee human resources management, focusing on building a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational changes support business objectives and growth
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of modernization strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on operations or organizational modernization
- Strong understanding of modern technology tools, including cloud and collaboration platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change in a challenging environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the financial or technology sector is highly desirable
